Thank you for choosing my services! Please review the following policies to ensure a smooth booking experience:
- Non-Refundable Deposit: A deposit is required to secure all appointments and will be applied to your service total if the appointment is kept. Canceled appointments will forfeit the deposit, and a new deposit will be required for rebooking.
- Payment Policy: Final payments must be made in cash. Card payments are accepted but will incur an additional processing fee.
- Travel Fees: Travel, setup, mileage, and toll fees are not included in the service total and will be charged separately. Travel must be discussed and confirmed in advance.
- Late Policy: Appointments running more than 15 minutes late will be canceled. A late fee may apply, and 50% of the service cost must be paid before rebooking.
